Drawing from his extensive collection of memories making Filipino food with his family in the US and in the Philippines, his classic training at the Culinary Institute of America and his many years leading kitchens including his lauded Twisted Filipino popup dinners, Chef Carlo Lamagna and the Magna team tell stories with Filipino food.
